These terms apply to everyone who uses the Police Club Photo Room website and portal. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
2. Member records
The club keeps a profile for each registered member: name, sport, contact details, a photo and a copy of the ID card. These records are used only to run the club, register players for competitions and contact members.
3. Who can see your information
Your photo, ID card and personal details are never shown on the public website. They can be seen only by club staff with portal access and by you, when you log in to your own account.
4. Your responsibilities
Please keep your details correct and up to date, and keep your password private. Only upload photos and documents that belong to you.
5. Changes and removal
You can ask the club to correct or delete your record at any time. The club may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
